Over 20 years of experience

Serving individuals and organizations in our community!

Meet our consultants:

Marvin L. Gundy

My name is Marvin Gundy. I was born in Brooklyn, New York and raised mainly in Central Jersey. Growing up I have traveled my share of disenfranchised roads. I have learned the hard way that positive hard work pays off, and taking short cuts can only produce faulty success.

Through determination and attentive work I have successfully turned my life’s lessons into positive motivations. Helping others find systems and processes to overcome major setbacks and obstacles, in order to advance in this game of life, keeps me grounded. I have spent the last 20 plus years serving others, always with the goal of supporting a safer community and contributing to a higher quality of life for those I serve. I prioritize building trust and working collaboratively with partners and clients to plan for interventions and create solutions.

During my free moments, I spend my time nurturing my own children and running youth clinics with a sports focus.

Sai Sajjadi

Born overseas during a major revolution, I survived five years of a volatile war before moving to the U.S. After many trials and triumphs, I found myself in a position to help others navigate life’s challenges. Over the last 20+ years, I’ve worked with private clients, schools, and organizations, focusing on the development and growth of the whole person.

In 2019, at 39 years old, I was diagnosed with cancer. This unexpected diagnosis led me to reevaluate my life and health. I realized how chronic stress and high cortisol levels can disrupt the body, creating an environment for illness. I began to explore and thoroughly research nutrition, exercise, holistic health, and mindfulness—eventually becoming a yoga instructor. Through movement, breathwork, and presence, I found healing, and I wanted to share that experience with others.

I’ve really enjoyed training three mini nigerian pygmy goats: Mocha Latte, Eeyora, and Agnus in yoga as a fun and playful way to help people unplug, reconnect, and release stress—one of many ways I hope to support people on their wellness journeys.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling to new places and watching the sunrise.
